SPA 308: Discover Literature in Spanish: Research Resources

Search for books at Meredith

Search the library's collection for books on your author or work.

Search Ebook Central

Ebook Central is our largest collection of ebooks. Because this search goes into the full text of all of the ebooks, it's a great place to search for information on a specific work.

Research Tips

--If you can't find a lot of information about your specific work, try searching for sources on the author, then looking inside those sources to see if they offer information relevant to the specific work

--If the work you're studying is part of a collection, you could look for information on that collection  (for example, Dragun's play is part of Historias para ser contadas).

--If you find a helpful source look at the source's references to see if it cites other sources that could be helpful, and then use the library's OneSearch tool to see if we have that source (if not, we can try to get it from another library)

-- If you find a reference to a book chapter that looks helpful, look in OneSearch to see if the library has that book. If not, we can often request that individual chapter be sent to us electronically (which is often quicker than getting the whole book).

--Please don't hesitate to reach out if I can answer any questions, or help in any way!
