If you are having trouble logging into a video:
- Make sure that you are using the correct username and password. For example, the LDMR requires a username that looks like xxxxx@ldmr.com and a unique password that your professor shared with you. Films on Demand and Kanopy require your Meredith username and password when you are off campus.
- If you know that you are using the correct username and password, double check your spelling and capitalization.

If you are having trouble with playing a video:
- Refresh the browser
- Check to make sure that your internet connection is healthy
- Switch to another browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox)
