Personal Statement

After finishing my undergrad at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, and starting my MLIS via distance education, I decided I needed an adventure. So I chose to finish my degree in person at UNCG, transplanting myself, my husband, and 2 cats to North Carolina. Upon completion of that MLIS, I was given the opportunity to join the Meredith community and love working with the students, faculty, and staff at Meredith.

Outside of the library, I love being outside with my husband, rock climbing, hiking, biking, or running. We also love photographing and hanging out with our cats, as well as trying to teach them the value of books, reading, and research.
