Patricia Fraizer Stone was born in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. Ms. Stone lived and worked in North Carolina for several years before moving out of state. She was interviewed by Emma Stone on November 25, 2018. Emma was a student in Dr. Dan Fountain's HIS-214 class in 2018.
