How-to guide on making Documents Accessible

For images, be sure to add Alt Text.

Images need to be structured in line in the document. Right click the image, select wrap text, and select In Line with Text:

 

images should be inline with the text


If the image is decorative, you can tell screen readers to skip this image. Open the alt text dialog, just as before. In the description, type in two double quotes, with no space between them. Now screen readers will ignore this picture.
