Food Editor for The News & Observer, Debbie Moose, will join us for the evening, sharing her experiences writing about and enjoying southern cooking. In addition to writing for The News & Observer, Debbie has published 7 cookbooks and in her blog, Moose Musings, she discusses food in North Carolina and beyond. As Debbie says, the only thing we like as much as eating food is talking about it!
